What a GREAT WEB SITE design ! I look forward to our next reunion. Sorry I missed the last one in February however, we are recovering from two tornadoes (F2) (F3) that hit our home last year in April and December. I am sorry to advise you that my cousin Joy Golding Blankenship, passed away yesterday morning (3/21/11). I have sent a message to the reunion committee and as we become more aware of the details, I will provide those to your class. Preliminary indications are that she had pneumonia, was in the hospital for treatment and they were unable to pull her through it. She is survived by her son, Michael; her paternal aunt; and many loving cousins in Florida and Texas. |

I am extremely sorry that I am going to be unable to attend any of the 50th Reunion Activities even though I only live 15 minutes from Gainesville. I am Executive Director of the Levy County Fair in Williston and the reunion is the same weekend as our 2011 Fair. We are a small, all volunteer group and I need to be on site all the time the fair is open. Please let me hear from all my GHS Class of 1961 friends when you have a chance.
